The item was decent enough, but the fabric quality left a lot to be desired, and the fit was way off. The shirt was oversized and billowy, yet cropped too short for my taste, so I had to send it back. My main problem lies with their dodgy return policy, which is just like the ones I've seen with a bunch of Instagram buys. They make you request a refund, then they hit you with a measly 20% of the original price as a refund, or you can pay for shipping. In my case, that would mean a $20 refund on a $100 item. It feels like a scam because if you opt to pay for shipping, which is only about $5-$10, you get your full refund. They really try to trick customers into thinking that a partial refund is a better deal than covering return shipping. Why not just be upfront and say it’s a full refund minus the return shipping costs? I’m not falling for these cute Instagram ads again; this isn’t how I expect to be treated as a buyer. I sent the item back, gave them a tracking number, and they still claim they need to verify that the item is unworn before they’ll approve the refund. Fine by me. I’ll wait, but I won’t be shopping with them again.

Seriously, the photos don’t even come close to showing how nice the actual items are. The sizing is spot on. The design details are both beautiful and well thought out. Totally worth the price. I really adore this brand!

One of the barrettes came with a crack running through the entire tail section. I didn’t shell out cash for damaged goods, and it really ticks me off that I received a broken barrette. This is the second time I’ve bought stuff from UP, and it’s gonna be the last.

I've had my eye on ordering stuff from this site for some time now, and I absolutely adore everything! I got myself a cardigan and a collar, and wow! The craftsmanship is top-notch and so well done, I'm thrilled with what I bought 😍 Just wish it was a tad cheaper so I could snag more 😅

This brand really goes the extra mile to stand out with their boutique-style, well-crafted clothing. Even the tags are stunning. I got the bunny dress along with a matching purse. The fabric is lovely and top-notch, they’re well-stitched, and feature delightful details like golden rose buttons, appliqués, and tassels. Absolutely love it! It took a bit longer than I thought to arrive, but knowing it’s handmade and of such quality, I wouldn’t mind the wait again. I’ll definitely buy from them again, no doubt about it.
